Shipping
Domestic (US) orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days from the time your package leaves the studio.
International Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International.
Please note: International orders are subject to higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Art Thingys does not charge any customs or import duties.
Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information
Shipping costs are based on total weight and destination. Shipping will be calculated during checkout.
All prices and shipping charges are listed in U.S. currency.
Returns
If you’re not loving your Art Thingy we’ll take it back.
You may return any piece - in good condition - for a replacement and/or refund within 30 days of receipt.
